    They barely answer any phone calls. I can't believe that you can't rent a car without a major credit card.. Well I've asked the douchebag who answered the call about the case where someone doesn't want to provide credit card information but rather pay in Cash or Debit.. He said he can't lend people cars like that.. Ya Discount Rate of Cornwall is a joke alright and do not trust those pricks who runs on commissions only. Their loss, went with another company without any problem. DO NOT APPROACH THIS TRASHY COMPANY.

    The hours posted for Saturday state 8 - 12. I made my reservation for 8:00 and showed up but no one was there. After waiting for 35 minutes, I went home only to find that the hours were wrong on both Discount and Google. The person who arrived at 9:00 am had zero sympathy for my wasted time. Needless to say, use caution when choosing this dealer.
