  its ok... its nothing special and definitly not my first choice, its all made for more petit girls and there xl is more of a medeum. the bikini sizes especially are for one way too revealing and also too small for anyone with actual breasts, clothes wise there is nothing really eye catching about this stores clothes selection and ive only ever bought from there once, there onzies however are adorable and have a great variety of sizes, overall if your planing to go urban planet for clothes, don't, go there for things other peopel wont see like pjs. go to ardenes there much better and if your having trouble there employees will walk over and ask if they can help you with anything.

  By far the worst customer service I have ever received (if I can even call it that). First and last time going into this store. The staff are plain rude and completely unprofessional. I am a "plus sized" girl and two of the staff were stocking shelves in the back section of the store. As I walked by they said amongst themselves,I hope, "Oo sweetheart NOTHING here is gonna fit you". That's as much acknowledgement from the staff that I received and I was in the store for nearly an hour.

  The staff is always friendly and the selection is usually very good. The overall quality of the clothing is not excellent and sometimes the prices are expensive.
