  The staff here is incredible!!! This was not my first time shopping here. My customer experience was the best out of all the Pet Value locations. Dave, the owner, was extremely helpful when I needed a pet play pen for my sister in law. Tanya and Kara were both so caring and patient when I needed to get kitten supplies. They were also very helpful in helping with info on Henry, the black cat whom we adopted. I had called with questions on product and they kept asking how Henry was doing and were genuinely happy to hear he is settling in. Thank you for such a great experience.

  Lots of products but not the best customer service. Walked in to a lady with short brown hair saying hello but not looking at me or smiling. As I'm checking out she just scanned the items told me the price and I paid. No word's said during or after check out. I am very big of supporting canadian stores but I would rather go to pet smart and get good customer service. Unfortunately I will not be returning.
