  The next day we picked up the bed to see rips in the covering and we had to bring it all the way home in the rain!! The rips in the covering and the rain made for a very wet mattress. also there were slightly browned stains on there.

  Now 7 months later my 50" rca tv stops working. So now they tell me i have to wait 5 days for a new one cause its not in stock!

  The man that helped us find a bed had very excellent customer service. The problem I had was when I missed the delivery, I tried that whole day to get a truck to go get the bed. I finally found one at 430, I thought I could rush over. unfortunately I called and received the worst attitude and horrible customer service because I asked if someone could wait 5 mins for me to pick it up. The man on the phone gave me attitude about how they can't because they are done at 5pm on the dot, I've been in customer service and would of never did that to a customer. I went to explain how hard it was for me to get a truck and then he said pick up is closed at 4pm. That's all he had to say!!! without all the other attitude about leaving right at 5, could of just let me know kindly that pick up closes at 4pm.

  Where do I start? huh.. Well the atmosphere when we walked in this morning was so dense that our good buying mood immediately turned sour. The gentleman that asked how we were doing today had no interest in coming to tag along to help(not to mention the 4 others that were there standing around talking to eachother) Anyway... After looking on the main floor for a bit for what we wanted we noticed nothing was marked down or prices at all like the website. After touring upstairs looking at peacock lamps my husband noticed a bulb in the one in the far left corner as you walk up the stairs had a broken bulb in it. The glass was not there but the metal connections were still screwed in. My husband explained to the gentleman I mentioned earlier that if someone puts their hand up into that area and makes a connection with the 2 prongs that were sticking out someone could be electrocuted. And since it's sitting in a corner behind a high chair a child could go being a child and stand on the chair and throw their hands in the air into that space in the middle and hurt himself severely or worse since the light was on and those pieces are sticking down. That man was so rude and just said "Yeah and?" and then "Ok" and my husband turned around and we continued to search around since we were buying a huge peacock lamp today. We were there another half an hour and the salesman did nothing about this electrical liability at all. It is probably still there and heaven forbid something should happen please contact me thru google since this is not only a review but a warning and a dated incident report if something does happen. Thank you and be careful around this place. There are many hazards. If you can, make the trip to the Brockville The Brick store. Brenda is wonderful to deal with and they really go the extra mile no make sure everything is perfect for your home. I have spent $20,000 in the Brockville location. I was in Cornwall today and wanted a peacock lamp I did not get it. Tomorrow I will be purchasing from the Brockville store.

  Horrible experience!!! Richard from the cornwall location was very unprofessional!! We moved to Cornwall from quebec and needed to have the items delivered for the day we moved to Cornwall as we had nothing to furnish our home .( fridge stove washer dryer tvs ect..) . We waited and waited and they never showed up. We lost about 200$ worth of groceries that had to be put in the fridge, because the fridge along with everything else never showed up. We were forced to order food for a week while we waited for our things. They offered me a 100$ gift card that i never received. His excuse was " oh sorry i forgot to mark down the delivery date" . Then we finally get the items and they say i have to take a floor model fridge because they still didnt have any in stock!( i order everything 2 weeks before my move in date to insure that i would have what i needed when i moved) so i had no choice... i took the floor model. Then when it arrived there was a huge dent i the fridge. I asked for a discount and they offered 80$ off a 899$ fridge! I told them i wanted a replacement. So i waited another 2 weeks for our fridge!.
