    This is a big store that's well stocked. New(ish) and clean, and always staff around asking if you need help, but not cloyingly so.

    5. I talked with LiveChat agent, but he kept say that I need to get a parcel if I want to get refund. Then I have to visit one of their store or I need to make an appointment with UPS to return it. I have my own reason to pick-up order, not parcel.

    Simply, I made an pick-up order, they canceled it because it is out of stock. Somewhat reason it turned out shipping order which I did not want to but, I have to do all the job for them to my money back. This is just more than ridiculous management and customer service.
