    Love the contents of the store. Yeah service is poor, but if you know your stuff, they got it and it is reasonably priced. Their sales are really Sales, not just a tease.

    Very poorly managed store. They'll have sale items MAYBE 10% of the time and that's if you show up first thing on the day the sales start. The place is literally filthy. Nobody there knows what a broom is.... The only reason I go into this place is because sometimes they have great pellet gun sales (if it's in stock) and I buy my BB and pellets there for a good price.

    This store has the worst inventory, anything that is on sale is never in stock. Customer service is also very poor.

    I must start by saying I like TSC, however the Cornwall Store is horrible. Stock is usually questionable, the store is seldom clean, and most of the staff are useless. There are a few with a brain but only a few. I shop mainly online and have it shipped to the Cornwall location but even at that the pick up process can be very tedious.
