  What a pleasure being taken care of at the Cornwall store today! Not realizing most customers need an appointment to review and purchase kitchen cupboards, my husband and I stopped by the store for assistance in the requirements for finishing our kitchen. Jason was amazing, though he was waiting for a customer who had an appointment, he was more than willing to listen to our needs and made suggestions where we were undecided. Thank you so much Jason for sharing your knowledge of the product choices and your wonderful personality. You are certainly an asset to the store.

  Great staff (mostly)! There's one standout guy in flooring who gave me enough really good advice to very successfully do two rooms of ceramic tile. Conversely, there is one extremely rude lady in customer service though (short dark hair), who is combative and confrontational, despite the fact that her colleagues and supervisor are always willing to help! Otherwise Home Depot Cornwall would get a 5 star.

  We bought an Amana Dishwasher Model # ADB1700ADW in March, it was delivered. Everything seemed great until the installer came and wasn't able to install it because the frame of the dishwasher was so bent and damaged. It was a set back and a struggle to get a replacement (home Depot takes no accountability, they were no help what so ever in the process) but we finally got a replacement after about a month. We set up the install and once again the frame was too bent that the installer (which is a home Depot installer) refused to install it. This is rediculous! What kind of metal are they using that it can be bent on 2 units. Maybe it was just bad luck but my advice is find another dishwasher at another company because this whole experience was a head ache and a half. We are now in the process of getting a refund which has been taking quite a long time on home depots end. Home Depot has been less than helpful, I'm so disappointed. Great company unless something goes wrong like a damage item.
