  Not impressed so far! My boyfriend ordered me a ring on December 1st and 19 days later we have heard nothing. So we call the 1-800# only to be told they can't help us as it is out of their hands but they can tell us the ring has been sitting in the store waiting for us for 5 days and no one notified us. Because you know Christmas is coming, should they not assume he may want it as a Christmas gift?

  I went to People to get my gold bracelet fix. That bracelet had 3 strands of and the would twist which was the beauty of it. But not anymore they straightned and now looks awful on top of that the attach is not right. I will never go back there. They really don,t know anything about nice jewelry.
